Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to actually sleep on your Calore Cooling Pillow before you
decide. If it's not for you, we make it simple.

THE 60-NIGHT SLEEP TRIAL

You have 60 nights from the date of delivery to decide. Sleep on it. Use it
through real nights, including the bad ones. We expect you to actually try it
— that's the whole point of the trial. Most customers know within the first
week or two, but some bodies take a little longer to adjust to a new pillow,
so we give you the full two months.

IF YOU WANT A REFUND

Email us at customercare@calorerelief.com with your order number and a few
words about why. That's it.

  • We issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business
    days of approval.
  • You do not need to ship the pillow back. Donate it, pass it to a friend,
    or keep it as a guest-room backup. The trial is on us.

Depending on your bank or card provider, the refund may take an additional
3–10 business days to appear in your account.

IF IT ARRIVED DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT

Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll either replace it free
of charge or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

WANT A DIFFERENT COLOR?

We're happy to exchange for a different color within the 60-night window —
just email us, no need to ship the first one back.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

  • Requests made after the 60-night window
  • Intentional damage, alteration, or misuse
  • Bulk/wholesale orders (case-by-case)
