PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders
placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME

Standard shipping to U.S. addresses takes 2–5 business days from dispatch.
Most orders arrive within 3 business days. All orders ship from our U.S.
fulfillment center.

SHIPPING COST

Free shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so
you can follow your package every step of the way.

DELAYS

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur
due to public holidays, severe weather, or carrier circumstances outside our
control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch,
contact us and we'll look into it immediately.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, email us at
customercare@calorerelief.com with your order number and a photo if relevant.
We'll resolve it promptly — replacement or full refund, your choice.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We're working on
expanding to other countries — sign up for our email list to be notified.
