Heavily treated water, or a busy household? Year Kit — filter + 4 spare cartridges, $129
Pressure: the stream may feel a little softer. Don’t like it? You’re covered.
Leaks: a wrap of plumber’s tape on the arm threads (about $1, not included) helps it seal by hand.
Spares: the cartridges are standard Calore Relief refills — the same ones sold on their own for $24.95.
Delivery: ships from a US warehouse with tracking, usually 5–10 days. The spare cartridges may arrive in a separate package.
How it works
Calore Relief screws in between your shower arm and your showerhead. Water runs through a multi-stage cartridge (KDF, coconut-shell carbon, calcium sulfite and vitamin C) before it reaches the showerhead. Every 2–3 months, unscrew the housing by hand, swap in a new cartridge and screw it back on.
What's in the box
Filter housing (chrome) with 1 cartridge installed, washers and instructions.
2 replacement cartridges — the standard Calore Relief refill. They may arrive in a separate package from the filter.
Plumber's tape is not included — about $1 at any hardware store.

Before you order
Will it fit my shower?
Calore Relief has a standard ½-inch thread at both ends, the size used by most US shower arms and showerheads. Fixed, handheld and rain showerheads attach the same way. If it doesn’t fit yours, tell us within 60 days of delivery and we’ll refund you in full.
Black or chrome?
Pick the finish that matches your shower arm and showerhead. Both install the same way, use the same replacement cartridge and come with the same 60-day guarantee. Every kit comes in either finish.
Which kit should I get?
Most people take the Starter Kit: the filter plus two spare cartridges, so the first two swaps are already in the drawer. On heavily treated city water, or for a household that showers a lot, the Year Kit’s four spares cover a full year. Buying the filter alone is fine too — cartridges are $24.95 whenever you need one.
Will my water pressure drop?
The water passes through a cartridge, so the stream may feel a little softer. If you don’t like how it feels, the 60-day guarantee covers you.
Does it soften my water?
No, and we’ll never claim it does. No shower filter removes the calcium and magnesium in hard water. What Calore Relief reduces is the chlorine your city adds.
Why $69.95 when there are $25 filters online?
Fair question. Plenty of cheaper filters look a lot like ours, and some use similar materials. The difference is what happens after you buy: 60 days to decide, a full refund without sending anything back, and a real person who answers your email. If that isn’t worth it to you, a cheaper filter is a reasonable choice.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from a US warehouse with tracking. US delivery usually takes 5–10 days, and you’ll get a tracking link by email.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled by PayPal, so your card details never touch our site. You can pay with your PayPal balance or any major credit or debit card.
Is there a deal if I buy two filters?
Yes. Add 2 filters to your cart, in any mix of black and chrome, and $29.95 comes off automatically at checkout, so 2 filters are $109.95. Keep one, gift one, or put one in a second bathroom.
When will I notice a difference?
Some people notice the water feels different in the first few showers. For others it takes a few weeks. That’s why you get 60 days to decide.
Will it leak?
Wrap the shower-arm threads with plumber’s tape (Teflon tape, about $1 at any hardware store — not included), screw it on by hand and run the water for a minute to check. If you have any trouble, email us.
How often do I change the cartridge?
Every 2–3 months for most households. Replacement cartridges are $24.95. There’s no subscription.
I'm on well water. Is this for me?
Probably not. Well water usually isn’t treated with chlorine, and chlorine is what Calore Relief reduces.
Is this a medical treatment?
No. It’s a shower filter, not a medical product. If your scalp is red, painful or getting worse, see a dermatologist.
What if it isn't for me?
Tell us within 60 days of delivery and we’ll refund you in full. No need to send it back.
